Top 7 literature festivals for young book lovers

Literature festivals are a fantastic way to bring the joys of reading to life. Not only are they a dream come true for bookworms, but they’re also a great opportunity to introduce more reluctant readers to the joys of reading!

Below are some of the most interesting literature festivals, fairs and events taking place throughout the UK across 2019-2020.


Bath Children’s Literature Festival (27th September – 6th October)

Speakers include Cressida Cowell and Michael Rosen, and there are lots of workshops taking place, including the opportunity to create your own Shaun the Sheep model.
