About EZ Education

  • The founders are both teachers with over ten years’ classroom experience each – they live and breathe education. Within the company as a whole, more than a third of the team are qualified teachers.
  • We have four apps – two for English and two for maths. Parents can purchase a monthly subscription to either DoodleMaths or DoodleEnglish for their children or schools can purchase annual subscriptions – we deal with primaries and middle schools mostly.
  • We have been short-listed for all the major awards in our sector, this year we picked up Highly Commended at the Education Resource Awards.

The role

Ensuring schools are on-boarded successfully, teachers are trained, IT technicians are supported and that schools get off to a superb start with our resources. Then, maintaining relationships to ensure good usage. You will also be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling products to existing customers.


Job responsibilites

You will be trained in these responsibilities so they are a guide to the role rather than a list of expertise. Further below you will find the knowledge and experience you require.

  • On-boarding new school accounts following agreed processes to ensure the greatest possible chance of success.
  • Responding to queries from schools by email, on the phone and when necessary, in person.
  • Conducting webinars and onsite training with schools.
  • Maintaining and developing CRM tools for school accounts. Tracking school and pupil engagement. Providing relevant management information through a weekly analysis.
  • Building sales proposals for school leaders.
  • Providing feedback to the product team on what features will help to close new schools and/or are preventing deals from closing.
  • Staying informed about current trends in education.


Knowledge/Experience required

  • You must be a qualified teacher with at least two years’ teaching experience in the classroom (ideally primary as they form the majority of our school customers)
  • Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with the team and customers
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Love of architecting software solutions
  • Ability to organise own time effectively
  • Ability to motivate and advise others



  • Excellent communication skills on phone and in written email
  • Strong interest in education
  • Natural positive disposition – cheerful and friendly manner
  • Good with numbers
  • Interested in tech and familiar with apps, tablets and PCs
  • Organised record keeping – tracking your calls, emails and customers
  • Ability to deliver training via webinar and on-site

  • You have excellent written English and pay attention to detail.
  • You are a problem-solver and take satisfaction in improving processes.
  • You are enthusiastic about education and keen to learn about our programmes.
  • You have at least two years’ experience in teaching.



  • £23-29K basic + OTE
  • 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
