Between the 1st of July-31st of August, we’re running two exciting jungle-themed Summer Challenges — the DoodleMaths Challenge and the DoodleEnglish Challenge!
Both Challenges are designed to encourage daily Doodling, topping up your child’s knowledge over the holidays and placing them in great stead for the new school year.

How to take part
1. Register for the Challenge
Visit parents.doodlelearning.com and press Register for the Challenge next to your child’s name for one or both Challenges. If they have a school account, you’ll need to link your email address to their account before doing this.
The last day to register for and begin the Challenge is the 18th of August.
2. Use Doodle ‘little and often’
Encourage your child to achieve a 14-day streak in DoodleMaths and/or DoodleEnglish and earn 750 stars (or 600 if they were born on or after 01/09/15) before the 18th of August.
You can keep track of their progress by downloading our free tracker sheet.
3. Claim your reward!
Once they’ve reached their goal, claim their pin badge and certificate by visiting parents.doodlelearning.com and pressing Claim reward.
The last chance to claim their rewards is the 31st of August at 23:59.

Don't have a Doodle account? Click here to create one. Then, visit parents.doodlelearning.com and press Register for the Challenge next to your child's name.
Encourage your child to achieve a 14-day streak and earn 750 stars (or 600 stars if they were born after 01/09/15) in DoodleMaths and/or DoodleEnglish before the 31st of August.
Once they’ve reached their goal, you can claim their reward by logging in to parents.doodlelearning.com and pressing Claim reward. The last day to claim their reward is the 31st of August at 23:59.
Download our printable Challenge tracker sheet to keep track of your child's current streak and star count. Doing this is also a great way to keep them motivated!
Alternatively, in DoodleMaths or DoodleEnglish, press on the arrow icon in the top left-hand corner of the Learning Zone and press on Badges. The gauge beneath the Spring Challenge badge will show your child's progress towards their goal!
Or, visit parents.doodlelearning.com, hover over Analyse and select Effort. Select the date your child started the Challenge and the current date to see how many stars they’ve earned and their current streak.
Children with a paid school DoodleMaths and/or DoodleEnglish subscription can take part depending on the school's subscription.
To join the fun, you'll first need to link your email address to your child's Doodle account. For guidance on how to do this, please read this help article.
Once you've done this, visit parents.doodlelearning.com and press Register for the Challenge.
If they'd like to join both Challenges, a home subscription can be taken out in the subject their school is not subscribed to. To do this, link your email address your child’s account, visit parents.doodlelearning.com, hover over My account and press Subscriptions.
Please note: your child’s rewards will be sent to their school once the Challenge has come to an end.
A paid or school subscription is required to register in the Challenge and receive a pin badge and certificate free of charge.
Alongside joining the Summer Challenge, a paid Doodle subscription gives users access to unlimited exercises, educational games and virtual rewards. Plus, all paid subscriptions begin with a free 7-day trial!

Once your child has reached their target, you can claim their pin badge and certificate by visiting parents.doodlelearning.com and pressing Claim reward next to their name.
Please note: the last day to claim their reward is the 31st of August at 23:59.
If your child has a school account, their rewards will be sent to their school after the Challenge has come to an end.
Only stars earned in DoodleMaths count towards the DoodleMaths Challenge.
Similarly, only stars earned in DoodleEnglish count towards the DoodleEnglish Challenge.
The Challenge can be completed at any time throughout July and August (between the 1st of July-31st of August 2023).
Your child can earn their stars at the same time as using Doodle for 14 days in a row, or they can earn these before and/or after this time.
To receive their pin badge and certificate, encourage them to reach their goal by the 31st of August.
