Instant Wholeschool Access Offer Terms and Conditions  

1. General Terms

1.1 This offer is valid until 31st March 2025 at 23:59.  

1.2 This offer is only available to schools that currently have an existing partial school subscription to one or more Doodle programmes.  

1.3 Each school may redeem only one offer under this campaign.  

2. Offer Details

2.1 Schools may receive free access to Doodle for their full FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) until 1st April 2025.  

2.2 After the free access period, schools are eligible for a 20% discount on upgrading to a full-school subscription.  

2.3 The discount applies to the standard per-pupil pricing for Doodle programmes and is valid for one academic year.  

2.4 To redeem this offer, schools must commit to a full-school subscription and complete their purchase by 31st March 2025.  

3. Redemption and Eligibility 

3.1 The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.  

3.2 The offer is not available to schools with an existing full-school subscription or those that have redeemed similar offers in the past 12 months.  

3.3 Schools must contact their account manager or respond to the campaign communication to activate the offer.  

4. Changes or Withdrawal 

4.1 Discovery Education reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer without notice.  

4.2 If the offer is terminated, Discovery Education shall not be obligated to honor any unredeemed offers.  

5. Additional Terms 

5.1 This offer has no cash alternative.  

5.2 By participating in this campaign, schools agree to these terms and conditions.
