Multiples of 4 are numbers in the 4 times table.
A number is divisible by 4 if the last two digits are divisible by 4.
If you halve the tens and ones part of a number and the answer is even, then it is a multiple of 4.
Example 1 => Is 5684 a multiple of 4?
Take the 84 part => half of 84 is 42, which is even, so 4 is a multiple of 5684.
Example 2 => Are 433 and 422 multiples of 4?
433 is odd, so definitely not!
Half of 22 is 11, which is odd, so 422 is not a multiple of 4.
