How to take part
1. Claim your 2 FREE weeks
Visit the Parent Dashboard, hover over My account and select Subscriptions. Choose the plan you’d like and enter the code SUMMER_2WKS.
If your child has a school account, you’ll first need to link to their account.
The last day to redeem your offer is the 18th of August.
2. Register for the Challenge
Once you’ve used your code, visit the Parent Dashboard and press Register for the Challenge next to your child’s name for one or both Challenges.
The last day to register for and begin the Challenge is the 18th of August.
3. Doodle ‘little and often’
Encourage your child to earn 750 stars (or 600 if they were born on or after 01/09/16) and use DoodleMaths and/or DoodleEnglish for 14 days* before the 31st of August.
*These 14 days don’t need to be in a row. A day of use is defined as completing at least one exercise between 00:01 and 23:59.
4. Receive your rewards!
Once they’ve reached their goal, claim their pin badge and certificate by visiting the Parent Dashboard and pressing Claim reward.
The last chance to claim their rewards is the 31st of August at 23:59.

Summer Challenge FAQs
To receive 2 free weeks of Doodle Premium, visit the Parent Dashboard, hover over My account and select Subscriptions. Choose the type of monthly subscription you'd like and enter the code SUMMER_2WKS when prompted.
Once you've used your code, visit the Parent Dashboard and press Register for the Challenge next to your child's name for one or both Challenges.
Then, encourage them to start Doodling towards their target!
Encourage your child to earn 750 stars (or 600 if they were born on or after 01/09/16) and use DoodleMaths and/or DoodleEnglish for 14 days*between the 1st of July - 31st of August.
*These 14 days don’t need to be in a row, so your child can use Doodle whenever they’d like throughout the summer! A day of use is counted as completing at least one exercise (an x-a-day, Power-Up, Tricky, Assignment or baseline assessment exercise) between 00:01 and 23:59.
Once they’ve reached their goal, you can claim a pin badge and certificate for them by visiting the Parent Dashboard.
If your child has a school account, their pin badge and certificate will be sent to their school after the Challenge comes to an end.
There are lots of ways to track your child’s progress:
- Download our printable Challenge tracker sheet. Doing this is also a great way to keep them motivated!
- In DoodleMaths or DoodleEnglish, visit the Learning Zone and take a look at the Summer Challenge gauge in the left-hand corner to see how close they are to their target.
- Press on the arrow icon in the top left-hand corner of the Learning Zone and press on Badges. The gauge beneath the Summer Challenge badge will show your child's progress towards their goal!
- Visit the Parent Dashboard, hover over Analyse and select Effort. Select the date your child started the Challenge and the current date to see how many stars they’ve earned and how many days they've used Doodle for.
Yes! To join the fun, you'll first need to link your email address to your child's Doodle account. For guidance on how to do this, please read this help article.
Once you've done this, visit the Parent Dashboard and press Register for the Challenge.
If they'd like to join both Challenges, a home subscription can be taken out in the subject their school is not subscribed to. To do this, link your email address your child’s account, visit the Parent Dashboard, hover over My account and press Subscriptions.
Please note: your child’s rewards will be sent to their school after the Challenge has come to an end.
A paid or school subscription is required to register in the Challenge and receive a pin badge and certificate free of charge.
Alongside joining the Challenge, a paid Doodle subscription gives users access to unlimited exercises, educational games and virtual rewards.

Only stars earned in DoodleMaths count towards the DoodleMaths Challenge.
Similarly, only stars earned in DoodleEnglish count towards the DoodleEnglish Challenge.
The Challenge will take a minimum of 14 days to complete (if Doodle is used for 14 days and 750/600 stars are earned within these 14 days). These days don’t need to be consecutive; your child can use Doodle whenever they like throughout the summer!
Your child could also earn their stars before and/or after their 14 days of Doodling.
To receive a FREE pin badge and certificate, encourage them to reach their goal by midnight on the 31st of August.
Offer terms and conditions
1. Offer is valid until 18/08/24 at 23:59.
2. Offer is for 2 free weeks of a paid monthly or annual subscription of DoodleMaths (with DoodleTables), DoodleEnglish (with DoodleSpell) or a DoodleBundle (all four Doodle programmes) for both single and family subscription types, plus 20% off your first payment of a monthly or annual subscription.
3. Offer terms: offer (2 free weeks) is valid for 2 weeks (14 days). After this time, your Doodle monthly or annual plan will begin, and you will receive 20% off your first month or year of Doodle. Your 20% off is valid for 1 term of a subscription (1 month for a monthly subscription, or 12 months for an annual subscription).
4. Offer can only be redeemed through the Parent Dashboard (parents.doodlelearning.com). This offer is not available through the AppStore, Google Play or Amazon Appstore. You must complete your purchase of the Offer during the Promotional Period in order to receive the discount.
5. If you decide that you do not want to remain a Premium user for more than the initial Offer term, you will need to cancel your subscription by logging into the Parent Dashboard, then selecting My account > Subscriptions > Select your child’s name > Click Cancel, then Confirm. Otherwise, at the end of the initial monthly or annual subscription period, your subscription plan will auto-renew at the regular price (as outlined in the pricing plan), and you will automatically be charged every month or year (depending on your chosen subscription) until you cancel your subscription.
6. This offer is not valid on DoodleMaths Premium for those who currently have a pre-existing Premium DoodleMaths subscription. This offer is not valid on DoodleEnglish Premium for those who currently have a pre-existing Premium DoodleEnglish subscription. This offer is not valid on DoodleBundle for those who currently have pre-existing Premium DoodleMaths and DoodleEnglish subscriptions.
7. Offers may be changed or withdrawn without notice by Discovery Education and has no cash alternative. After such time of termination, Discovery Education shall not be obligated to redeem any further Offers.
