Terms and conditions

1. You grant Discovery Education the right to use contents of your testimonial, case study, image and/or video (together being ‘your content’) without restriction in connection with publicising and promoting Discovery Education or Discovery Education’s affiliated services, in any media, throughout the world, an unlimited number of times, in perpetuity. You authorise Discovery Education to use your name, brief biographical information, and the content as provided by you.

2. By submitting your content, you confirm that you can grant the above right in respect of it. You agree that your content may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or otherwise modified. You understand that this release is binding under the current governing laws of the UK.

3. All permissions may be freely withdrawn by you at any time by emailing hello@doodlelearning.com. Execution of your request may take up to 30 days to be processed.

4. You acknowledge that use of your content is entirely at Discovery Education’s sole discretion, and Discovery Education shall not be obliged to use your content.

5. You confirm that you are of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. Where the subject of the image is not of full legal age, you (as their legal guardian or teacher) have explained the terms of this release to the subject and confirm that they understand and agree with its contents.
