Terms and conditions

1. You grant permission for Discovery Education to use contents of your case study, image and/or video in promotional marketing activity (including social media, digital, electronic, print and television).

2. All permissions may be freely withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@doodlelearning.com. Execution of your request may take up to 30 days to be processed.

3. By submitting an image, you give permission for Discovery Education to use the submitted image alongside your case study and in other promotional marketing activity undertaken by Discovery Education. You agree that your image may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or otherwise modified. You understand that this release is binding under the current governed laws of the UK.

4. Discovery Education reserves the right not to include submitted images if they are unsuitable.

5. You confirm that you are of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. Where the subject of the image is not of full legal age, you (as their legal guardian or teacher) have read and fully understand the terms of this release to the subject. You agree on their behalf.
