Testimonial terms and conditions
Thank you for agreeing to take part in this video recording request from Discovery Education (listed on the request page).
Transcripts will be made from the video recordings, and along with the recordings, this forms the Content. Content may be re-produced and shared by the Company for uses that may include, but are not limited to, social media, podcasts, websites and other media.
By clicking the Terms & Conditions checkbox, you are acknowledging the intended uses (above) and giving your permission for the Content to be shared without limitation. You release Discovery Education from any and all liability associated with the use of this Content by Discovery Education as set out in this agreement.
I consent to Discovery Education collecting my video response/s as part of the Campaign. I understand that the Content may be used by Discovery Education in accordance with the above.
Prize draw terms and conditions
- The £100 Amazon prize draw competition is operated by Discovery Education.
- Only one entry will be accepted per child.
- The competition ends at 23:59 on the 31st of May 2024. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The winner will be contacted on or after the 1st of June 2024 via the email address entered when submitting the video testimonial.
- The winner will be randomly selected from those who submit a completed testimonial video (have filmed responses to all four compulsory questions).
- By entering the competition, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child included in the testimonial (if answering question 2).
- By entering the competition, you agree to the testimonial terms and conditions outlined above.
- The decision of Discovery Education is final. We reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond our control.
