Terms and conditions
1. You grant permission for Discovery Education to use contents of your testimonial, case study, image and/or video in promotional marketing activity (including social media, digital, electronic, print and television).
2. All permissions may be freely withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@doodlelearning.com. Execution of your request may take up to 30 days to be processed.
3. By submitting an image and/or video, you give permission for Discovery Education to use the submitted image and/or video alongside your case study and/or review and in other promotional marketing activity undertaken by Discovery Education. You agree that your image and/or video may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or otherwise modified. You understand that this release is binding under the current governed laws of the UK.
4. Discovery Education reserves the right not to include submitted images if they are unsuitable.
5. You confirm that you are of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. Where the subject of the image is not of full legal age, you (as their legal guardian or teacher) have read and fully understand the terms of this release to the subject. You agree on their behalf.
Photo and video terms and conditions
By agreeing for Discovery Education to use your photo and/or video, you agree it may be used in promotional marketing activity (including social media, digital, electronic, print and television). Prize draw terms and conditions
- The £25 Amazon prize draw competition is operated by Discovery Education.
- Only one entry will be accepted per child.
- The prize draw ends at 23:59 on the 31st of May 2025. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The winner will be contacted on or after the 1st of June 2025 via the email address entered when submitting the video testimonial.
- The winner will be randomly selected from those who submit a completed testimonial video (have filmed responses to all four compulsory questions).
- By entering the competition, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child included in the testimonial (if answering question 2).
- By entering the competition, you agree to the testimonial terms and conditions outlined above.
- The decision of Discovery Education is final. We reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond our control.
