How to participate 

• To enter, a teacher must register their class or classes through the ‘Add classes’ button on the Teacher Dashboard and complete the form. Registration closes at 23.59 on the 16th of January 2025. 
• Classes can be entered for all of the four Products or any of them, but each class may only register once for each Product. A teacher may enter more than one class per school. 
• Entries that do not comply with these promotion terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion. 

Selection of the winners 

• During the Assessment Period the classes’ usage of the registered DoodleLearning product/s, DoodleMaths, DoodleTables, DoodleEnglish or DoodleSpell (the “Products”) will be assessed. The ‘Assessment Period’ being the two (2) week period from 00.00 on the 17th of January 2025 until the 30th of January 2025. 
• The class with the highest percentage of pupils working each day in the ‘green zone’ for their registered Product during the Assessment Period will win a prize*. Being in the ‘green zone’ is defined as children earning their target number of stars within the preceding seven (7) days.
  *If more than one class has attained the same percentage for their registered Product, a winner will be selected at random from those classes. 
• Results over the Assessment Period will be checked using the live data saved to the Doodle servers. Pupils who work offline will need to make sure their data is saved to the server on a regular basis for sessions to be counted. 
• The winning and runner up classes for each Product will be selected on the 3rd of February 2025. 

Prizes 

• There will be one (1) first prize per Product, being a bundle of educational goodies for the winning class worth approximately £75. The contents of each bundle may differ.
• There are no alternative prizes.  

Restrictions and requirements 

• Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply to the promotion:
• Entrants must be Doodle subscribers in order to participate; 
• Classes must be currently existing, not newly created for the purposes of this promotion and must contain at least ten (10) pupils to be eligible; 
• Classes must be of subscribing schools located in the UK; and 
• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this promotion.

Notification of the results and receipt of the prize 

• The promoter will notify the winners by email on or before the 14th of February 2025. 
• If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within twenty-eight (28) days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have twenty-eight (28) days to respond to their notification). 
• The winners will receive their prizes on or before the 28th of February 2025. 

Publicity and personal information 

• Winners may be asked to participate in post-promotion publicity. 
• The promoter may use your personal information to contact you about your entry and only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy at https://doodlelearning.com/privacy-policy. 
• The school and class name of the winning classes will be published on our website at www.doodlelearning.com and our social media pages after selection. No pupil names will be published.

General 

1. This promotion is operated by Discovery Education Europe Limited of 9 Palace Yard Mews, Bath BA1 2NH, UK. 
2. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party. 
3. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions. 
4. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
