Here at Doodle, we understand that the key to success isn’t just meeting user expectations but exceeding them. That’s why we’ve been listening to user feedback and refining our products to offer the best learning experiences possible.
We’re excited to share some recent improvements that are sure to elevate your Doodle experience!
One of the greatest frustrations that has been fed back to us is when children lose their learning streaks.
We know how hard children work to earn their streaks, but there are occasions where these are lost for unavoidable reasons – such as school residentials and periods of illness. So, we’ve addressed this concern by developing a feature that we like to call streak savers.
After trialling with a group of users, we’re thrilled to announce that this feature will soon be available to all Doodle users! Streak savers empower children to restore their streaks when they’ve missed a day, providing them with a second chance to stay motivated on their learning journey.
Recognising the diverse needs of our users, we’ve introduced the multi-school access feature.
Admins at multiple schools can now conveniently view all their institutions from a single login. This is particularly beneficial for teachers at multi-academy trusts who previously faced the challenge of monitoring activities and progress across different schools.
With this enhancement, administrators can efficiently manage and track the learning journeys of all their students, fostering a more unified and streamlined educational approach.
At Doodle, we know competition can be a powerful motivator for students. To make participation in our Back-to-School Competitions even more accessible and engaging, we’ve introduced a user-friendly widget.
These competition widgets mean it’s easier than ever to register and keep track of children’s progress. They’re designed to add an extra layer of excitement to the learning process, creating a dynamic and enjoyable experience for both students and educators.
Teachers fed back that children were whizzing through the limited EYFS content. So, we’ve added 17 brand-new EYFS concepts!
These focus on breaking down content into much smaller steps, really digging into early understanding of number.
Keep an eye out for more information on EYFS content in our next newsletter!
