To celebrate World Book Day’s 25th anniversary, we’re running a competition where 10 children can each win a bundle of books worth £20!
These books will be hand-picked by our team to ensure they’re age-appropriate for each child, sparking their love of reading and helping to bring their imagination to life.
How to enter the competition
To take part, simply share a photo of your child or each of your pupils using Doodle while dressed as their favourite book character between Monday 28th February and Sunday 6th March 2022.
• To join in on Facebook, share your photo with the tag @DoodleLearningUK, ensuring it’s set to ‘public view’ and using the hashtag #WorldBookDay.
• To enter on Twitter or Instagram, share your photo using the tag @DoodleLearning_ and the hashtag #WorldBookDay.
We’ll reply to your post to let you know when we’ve received your entry (and to give your Doodler a congratulatory message!), so please keep an eye out for this.
The winners will be contacted via DM or email (if known) by Friday 11th March 2022.
Please note: only entries submitted via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram will be accepted; please be sure to tag us so we see your entry.
How will it be judged?
We’ll be looking at how much each child/pupil’s costume reflects their chosen character and how creative it is, so feel free to let your creativity shine!
Please ensure that your child/pupil is using Doodle in the photo, either on a tablet, phone, laptop or computer, with the screen clearly showing any of the Doodle apps (DoodleMaths, DoodleEnglish, DoodleTables or DoodleSpell).
Please note: only one child per photo will be eligible to win the competition. We strongly recommend including only one child per photo in order to increase their chances of winning.
